Goat Milk Waffles

The easiest, fluffiest waffle recipe around! Make it tummy friendly by using our goat milk powder. It is perfect for a Sunday morning brunch, or for a surprise breakfast in bed!

Servings: 5 | 10 to 12 waffles
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 scoop Good Goat Milk Powder
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Topping options: fresh fruit, powdered sugar, maple syrup, chocolate chips - just to name a few!
METHOD:
- Preheat your waffle iron to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Mix together Good Goat Milk Powder and water until well combined, set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients - flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk, butter and vanilla.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and whisk until well combined.
- Ladle the batter into the preheated waffle iron.
- Cook until they are golden brown, or to your liking.
- Serve immediately and top with fresh fruit or maple syrup. Enjoy!
