INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup water
- 1 scoop Good Goat Milk Powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
METHOD:
- Mix water and Good Goat Milk Powder until well combined.
- In a bowl, whisk goat milk, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until the ingredients are incorporated.
- Add mixture to a blender, add frozen strawberries, and blend until smooth.
- Add the mixture to an ice cream maker and use the machine according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Add fresh diced strawberries into the machine when the ice cream has reached a soft serve consistency.
- If necessary, transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least two hours or until it reaches desired consistency.
